Learn the basics of how to stay safe in and around the Ocean environment from a professional Lifeguard and Big Wave Surfer. Learn to dive underneath the waves, open ocean swimming technique, hazard recognition, breathing techniques, how to spot a rip-current and much more. All lessons are a minimum of 1 hour with increments of 30 minutes upon request and include a wetsuit, pair of fins along with a specific beach request.
